Thandiwe Siyolo

Thandi comes with a solid background in finance, having worked in the FMCG and financial services industries. Some of her previous roles include, among others, general manager for the Telesure stable of longterm and short-term insurance; financial manager at Nestlé; and internal auditor at Irvin and Johnson.
While taking a break from structured corporate life to focus on her family, she operated her own telecommunications business, Umoya Timing Solutions.
Thandi is an avid believer in community development and individual growth.
She, in her personal capacity, supplies Jojo water tanks to the elderly people in her rural community in the Eastern Cape. She currently mentors up-and-coming professionals.

Tamara Esau

Tamara was the partner in charge of the Management Consulting practice at KPMG, Cape Town, which focused on designing operational improvements, transformation projects and designing operating models in the private and public sector. Prior to joining KPMG, she was an audit partner at PwC and has over 18 years’ professional services experience.
She also designed and implemented the pilot phase of the Dell Young Leaders Program for the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. Tamara is a trustee of the Mitchells Plain Bursary and Role Models Trust. She is a qualified CA(SA) and was part of the Aspen Global Leaders Network and a fellow of the African Leadership Network.
Marie-Aurélie Girard

Marie is an attorney and a director of GirardHayward Inc. She has extensive experience in commercial law, having been an equity partner in several large firms before starting her own company.
She has served on a number of associations throughout her career. She is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces of South Africa and an admitted solicitor under the Solicitor Regulation Authority of the United Kingdom.
Ipeleng Mkhari

Ipeleng co-founded Motseng Investment Holdings and the Delta Property Fund. She is currently the CEO of Motseng. She serves on the boards of various companies, as well as a number of trusts and associations.
She was appointed as an independent non-executive director of KAP Industrial Holdings Limited in 2004. Ipeleng serves as the chairperson of the social and ethics committee and is a member of the human resources and remuneration committee.
Vukile Zondani
Business degree
Vukile joined KAP Industrial Holdings Limited in June 2017 as business development executive.
He comes from a petrochemical background and was with Engen Petroleum Limited for 25 years where he held a variety of senior positions, including that of General manager: Sales and marketing and General manager: Human
resources. He served on a number of the company’s subsidiary boards and on the Engen Limited Board from 2010 to 2017. In 2012 to 2013 he was based in Malaysia, working at Petronas Oil and Gas Corporation, where he headed certain business lines in Southeast Asia – Downstream Business.
